222 BEDFOR A LOFT
This bed was designed for loft space no. 222 within the historic Mitchel Building near downtown Dallas. The space’s repetitive pine floors from the 1920’s prompted the use of laminated pine plywood for the bed. Six drawers beneath the bed’s platform provide storage, and a removable copper bud vase introduces organic shapes of vegetation into the otherwise orthogonal composition.
